Quarantined McLaren personnel set to return to UK this week

The McLaren staff who went into quarantine in Australia are due to return home to the United Kingdom this week, the team has confirmed. One member of McLaren’s travelling crew tested positive for the COVID-19 coronavirus during the build-up to the Australian Grand Prix, prompting the team to withdraw from the event. The grand prix was then cancelled in its entirety while further McLaren personnel went into quarantine in Melbourne, leading to 16 team members having to stay out.
