Claire Williams hoping for 'fresh start' in 2020

Claire Williams says she hopes Williams can start over afresh and become competitive once again, after two years at the bottom of the pile. Williams were especially uncompetitive in 2019, when they scored just one point thanks to Robert Kubica's P10 in a ridiculous race in Germany. Kubica has left the team for 2020, with Formula 2 runner-up Nicholas Latifi being promoted from test driver.
