'Winning the championship is 80% dependent on the car and 20% the driver'

Jean Todt believes that winning the championship is 80% about the car and 20% about the driver. He believes that Charles Leclerc has the whole 20% of talent needed to win and that it is now up to Ferrari to give him the full 80% with a car that is competitive.  "Charles has to make sure he has the car and a team to ensure that he can win races," explains Jean Todt to La Gazette de Monaco.
