WEC and IMSA announce new prototype class to compete in multiple series!

It has been revealed that a new class of car, named the LMDh class will be formed for the 2022 season to compete in both the World Endurance Championship and the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. Pierre Fillon and Jim France, bosses of the ACO and IMSA respectively, have decided to allow the new class to compete in the big races at Le Mans, Sebring and Daytona, along with the rest of the WEC season.
