Lance Stroll looking to be his “own artist” on the track for 2020
SportPesa Racing Point driver Lance Stroll has said that you have to “be your own artist on the track” in Formula 1 as he looks to improve on his weaknesses for the 2020 season, while appreciating learning from Sergio Perez. Stroll accumulated 21 points during 2019, finishing 15th in the drivers standings and only managed to out-qualify Perez twice. The Mexican on the other hand amassed 52 points for a tenth placed finish, claiming points at seven of the last eight races. Despite the Canadian scoring Racing Points best finish of the year, fourth at the German Grand Prix, he still knows there is a lot to improve on and appreciates having an experienced teammate....
