Renault keeps F1 junior and Todt protege Caio Collet in Eurocup

Renault Formula 1 junior Caio Collet will continue to compete in Formula Renault Eurocup in 2020 with R-ace GP, along with a campaign in the Toyota Racing Series. Brazilian youngster Collet, 17, joined Renault’s Formula 1 programme for 2019 off the back of a title-winning campaign in French Formula 4. He is part of the All Road Management scheme, run by Nicholas Todt, that counts Ferrari F1 front-runner Charles Leclerc and Alpha Tauri racer Daniil Kvyat among its clients. Collet also had a private outing in Renault’s 2012-spec Formula 1 car and carried out a demonstration run in his native Brazil in November.
