How did the Formula 1.5 world championship conclude?

Formula 1.5 has been a 'fan world championship' which has been running in line with the 2019 Formula 1 world championship. These results ignore the big three teams within Formula 1 and supposedly determine the real 'best of the rest' driver and team. After 21 races, Carlos Sainz is crowned champion of Formula 1.5 with McLaren picking up the constructors title.  Sainz topped the table by 50 points.
