Binotto wants FIA Ferrari power unit protest to show 'how stupid' rumours are

Ferrari impressed during the winter testing, but then the pace suddenly seemed to fade in the opening round of the 2019 F1 world championship. After the summer break, the Ferrari pace has suddenly increased again. Competition is questioning this sudden change. Did Ferrari cheat with the power source? Mattia Binotto thinks it's nonsense.
