Steiner concedes Haas should've listened to their drivers more

Haas boss Guenther Steiner has admitted his team should have listened more to Romain Grosjean and Kevin Magnussen whilst they were searching for a solution to their lack of race pace earlier in the year. Despite starting the season with plenty of expectation, Haas have struggled only managing to beat Williams in the Constructors' Championship. There has been issues on and off the track, with the Rich Energy saga following them for most of the year away from racing.  On the track, they've been unable to get their tyres to work come lights out which was ultimately down to an aero problem.
