Haas boss Guenther Steiner has admitted his team should have listened more to Romain Grosjean and Kevin Magnussen whilst they were searching for a solution to their lack of race pace earlier in the year. Despite starting the season with plenty of expectation, Haas have struggled only managing to beat Williams in the Constructors' Championship.
