Wolff: ‘We have to get our act together'

Mercedes principal Toto Wolff admits they must 'get our act together' after Charles Leclerc claimed pole for the Singapore GP. Sebastian Vettel set a blistering 1:36.4 on his first flying lap in Q3, but Charles Leclerc would hit back on the second runs to snatch pole from his team-mate – his third-straight pole position. Lewis Hamilton was able to get within two tenths of Leclerc to take P2, but like everyone else Wolff was shocked with the pace Ferrari showed on a track that wasn't expected to suit them, and admits that Mercedes have work to do in the race.
