Nico Hulkenberg, Carlos Sainz and Lance Stroll all to face Stewards

Nico Hulkenberg, Carlos Sainz and Lance Stroll will all face the stewards regarding the incident at the end of Q3. It seemed that the drivers purposefully drove slowly as they didn't want to be the leading car and not have a slipstream.  Hulkenberg is to blame as he is the driver who left the pit lane first but then went wide at turn one to try and get the other cars to overtake him. The Stewards will need to decide if he broke any rules or impacted on the safety of any drivers.  Carlos Sainz and Lance Stroll are thought to be "witnesses" and are not under investigation themselves for the event.  However, it will be unfair if only Hulkenberg is penalized as all of...
