Toro Rosso could've made Q3 but Alex Albon satisfied with P12

Alex Albon has admitted his car was capable of reaching Q3 but something was missing as he qualified twelfth for the Hungarian Grand Prix. Both Toro Rosso drivers exited qualifying at the second stage as Daniil Kvyat and Alex Albon were brought back down to earth after their excellent results at the German Grand Prix. Albon finished sixth at the Hockenheimring but will start twelfth for the race in Hungary whilst Kvyat is one place back in 13th after his podium in Germany.
