Catalunya: No deal yet for 2020

German Grand Prix – The Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya say that, contrary to media reports elsewhere, no deal has been signed for F1 to race there in 2020. With the arrival of the Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort in May next year, the Spanish Grand Prix at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya is widely believed to be on the chopping board. This is due to the arrival of a new race in Vietnam and the return of Zandvoort in the Netherlands leading to simply too many races trying to be squeezed into a 21 race calendar.
