Lewis Hamilton is a divisive character and Toto Wolff has come out in defence of his driver, insisting that many of the best sports stars "polarise". Hamilton is one of Britains greatest ever athletes having won five Formula 1 World Championships and holding the record for the most poles set. The five-time World Champion is on course for a sixth title having won seven races this season.
