‘We need to execute those improvements properly’ – Abiteboul
Renault team principal Cyril Abiteboul feels the team has to execute any improvements made ‘properly’ going into the French Grand Prix at the Paul Ricard Circuit. The French works teams are heading to the track with a variety of upgrades coming to the car having worked on improving the engine at Monaco. These upgrades predominantly focus on upgrading the aerodynamics for the RS19, with improvements to the front wing, the floor and tightening of the rear engine cowling from a more compact cooling system for the car.
