2021 F1 regulations to be published in October

The declaration of the 2021 regulations for the 2021 F1 season and beyond has been pushed out until October. The upcoming regulations changes for 2021 were supposed to be announced this month but, with little agreement on the direction of those regulations, the decision has been made to postpone the announcement until October. This means that teams will only have around 14 months lead time to prepare for those regulation changes.
