Identical tyre choices for France at Mercedes and Ferrari

French Grand Prix – Both Ferrari and Mercedes have chosen the same amount of each tyre compound to bring to the race in France next week. Pirelli has announced the tyre compound choices for each team for next week's French Grand Prix at Paul Ricard. There's no surprises for either Ferrari or Mercedes, as the two leading teams have made identical choices: one set of Hards (C2), three sets of Medium (C3) and nine sets of Softs (C4). At Red Bull, Max Verstappen has taken a slightly different approach to his teammate Pierre Gasly, as he has taken an extra set of Mediums and discarded one set of Softs.
