Steiner: Maybe drivers should be banned from the gym!

Formula 1 team bosses have responded to Lewis Hamilton's claims that the sport is too easy for drivers in its current state. The reigning champion believes that the 2019 cars are too easy to drive and that it was no longer difficult for drivers to finish races. Toro Rosso team principal Franz Tost believes that the reason is down to the supreme fitness regimes drivers employed to stay competitive. "In my opinion, the current level of the drivers from the fitness side is the highest I’ve ever seen in Formula One," he told Montreal radio station 98.5 FM.
