Red Bull considering Hulkenberg as replacement for Gasly

Red Bull Racing is reportedly considering a shock move for Nico Hulkenberg as a replacement for Pierre Gasly. Gasly was plucked from Toro Rosso "a year too early" according to team boss Christian Horner to replace the Renault-bound Daniel Ricciardo. The Frenchman has so far been overwhelmingly outperformed by teammate Max Verstappen since winter testing. Gasly crashed twice in the two-week test in Barcelona and is yet to show pace close to his Dutch teammate. According to reports from Italian Motorsport.com, Hulkenberg is a surprise candidate for a Red Bull drive in place of Gasly, with first talks taking place between both parties during the Monaco Grand Prix weekend....
