Lewis Hamilton Beats Max Verstappen By 0.059 Seconds In Monaco FP1

Mercedes AMG Petronas Motorsport‘s Lewis Hamilton started the Monaco Grand Prix weekend fastest overall, pipping ahead of Aston Martin Red Bull Racing‘s Max Verstappen by 0.059 seconds. Hamilton achieved the best time of the session, beating last year's FP1 time by setting a 1:12.106 in the late stage of the session. Verstappen manage to capture the second best time, resuming his strong pace he showed around Monaco last year before crashing in FP3. The Dutch driver however, went off at Mirabeau but was able to resume running in practice. Valtteri Bottas claimed third place ahead of both Scuderia Ferrari cars of Charles Leclerc and Sebastian Vettel. Pierre Gasly takes sixth...
