Red Bull and Toro Rosso congratulate Honda's technical director

Tanabe-san is celebrating his birthday today at the Circuit de Catalunya. Some Toro Rosso and Red Bull team members surprised him to congratulate him before today's Spanish Grand Prix starts. Max Verstappen has the best chance of bringing him a present from the podium this afternoon.
