Sergio Perez: Formula 1 has a "fundamental issue"

Sergio Perez believes frustrated drivers will start to walk away from Formula 1 if the "fundamental issue" is not dealt with. He wants the sport to become more of a driver championship because it's so hard for guys further down the grid to remain interested.
