Toro Rosso's Daniil Kvyat "totally disagrees" with the drive-through penalty he was handed during the Chinese Grand Prix, as the Russian got handed a drive-through penalty for a collision with both McLaren cars in the very first lap of the 1000th Formula 1 race. In 2016 at the Chinese Grand Prix, Kvyat earned his notorious 'torpedo' nickname after sending his Red Bull down Sebastian Vettel's inside on the first lap.
