Monza talks "Stringent, complicated and difficult"

It has been revealed that talks for a new contract for the Italian Grand Prix are still ongoing between Liberty Media and the venue itself. Every Italian Grand Prix since the inception of the World Championship has been held at Monza apart from in 1980 when it was moved to Imola. Lewis Hamilton and Michael Schumacher hold the record for the most wins at the track with five. The track want to improve their current deal and they are looking for a payment of 20 million euros to fund this year’s race.
