Schumacher: Williams "lacks cohesion within the team"

Ralf Schumacher believes that Williams are unable to reach their maximum potential because of the climate and structure of their management and their lack of team cohesion as they look to recover from their poor start. Williams finished last in 2018 and were late to 2019 pre-season testing after their car was not ready and Paddy Lowe left just before the start of the season. They were way off the pace at the Australian Grand Prix with both their drivers finishing last of the cars that completed the race.
