The Jaguar Formula E team have singled out qualifying as the main area for improvement for the team to consistently challenge for podiums this season. With the team making it into the super pole shootout in just one of the four Formula E races so far this season, Jaguar team principal James Barclay has called on the team to make gains in their one-lap pace.
