Ferrari insists Leclerc “free to fight” Vettel in F1 2019

Ferrari Formula 1 team principal Mattia Binotto insists new recruit Charles Leclerc and teammate Sebastian Vettel will be “free to fight” one another in 2019. Leclerc partners four-time world champion Vettel at Ferrari this season having swapped seats with Kimi Raikkonen over the winter, following the Monegasque’s impressive rookie F1 campaign with Sauber.  During the team’s launch event in Maranello last month, Binotto appeared to suggest the team would prioritise Vettel over Leclerc in the early rounds of the season if the championship situation warranted it, though the Italian has moved to clarify his comments.  5774263478001 CrashTV:  "They will be free to...
