Sky set to show Alonso's attempt at completing the Triple Crown

Fernando Alonso's attempt to complete the Triple Crown will be shown live on Sky Sports F1. Sky have the broadcast rights for the entire IndyCar season. BT did have the rights for IndyCar but the racing will now be shown on the Sky channel.   Steve Smith, Director of Content and Production at Sky Sports, said to GPFans: "The NTT IndyCar Series is one of the most thrilling competitions in motor racing, crowned by the world renowned 'Indy 500', and it's great to be able to work with our new partners at NBC to bring it to a whole new audience here in the UK and Ireland.
