Perez expresses concerns of Mexican Grand Prix

Racing Point driver Sergio Perez has expressed his concerns over the future of the Mexican Grand Prix as “it’s very important for our country to keep it”. The Mexican Grand Prix’s contract finishes after the race this season and is yet to be renewed with Liberty Media for a new deal. The Grand Prix was also given another blow when the country’s president said that the government were unable to continue to fund the event with the amount it cost to host an F1 race.
