Boullier joins French Grand Prix organisation team
Former McLaren and Lotus team boss Eric Boullier has joined the organising team behind the Formula 1 French Grand Prix. Boullier resigned from his role as racing director at McLaren last July following reports of unrest in the Woking-based team and will step away from F1 team management to work for the French Grand Prix organisers. Boullier has been appointed the dual role of Strategic Adviser and global ambassador for his home nation’s F1 race which returned to the calendar last year. “I am delighted to welcome Eric Boullier to the French Grand Prix organisation,” Christian Estrosi, President of the GIP Grand Prix de France - Le Castellet, said. “During his 20 years in the sport,...
