Racing Point expects new F1 factory by 2021

Racing Point expects to have a new factory ready for use in the next two years as part of the long-term investment programme enacted by owner Lawrence Stroll. The Stroll-led operation is entering its first full Formula 1 campaign in 2019, though is ostensibly the same Force India team that competed under various guises from 1991 through 2018.
