Mark Blundell returns to racing by joining BTCC

Former F1 driver Mark Blundell returns to top level motorsport as he has joined the British Touring Car Championship. Blundell raced for some of the most elite teams in Formula 1 during the early 1990s, driving for Brabham, Tyrrell, Ligier & McLaren at various points up until 1995. Alongside this, he also won the 1992 Le Mans 24 Hours as well as IndyCar victories. After years out of racing to concentrate on his motorsport marketing and PR company MB Partners, which he runs with Martin Brundle, the 52 year old has signed up to race for Trade Price Cars Racing in BTCC in 2019.
