Alonso to test drive the McLaren MCL34?

Fernando Alonso may have retired from F1, however, he could be back in a McLaren in the coming weeks with reports claiming he could test the MCL34. McLaren's new challenger will be in action at the Circuit de Catalunya on February 18 as pre-season testing gets underway in Spain. And while Carlos Sainz and Lando Norris are expected to do the bulk of the running, they could – briefly – be joined by former driver Alonso. According to thejudge13.com, rumours from Spain claim the Spaniard could spend half a day in the new car to give McLaren feedback by comparing it to last year's machine.
