According to figures made public by Formula 1, the sport has enjoyed a ten percent growth in audience across television and digital platforms reaching a global cumulative audience of 1.758-billion viewers during the course of 2018. The following press release regarding last season's Formula 1 viewership statistics and trends was released today: Formula 1 has registered a significant increase in its audience figures during the 2018 season, across both digital and TV platforms, compared to the previous year.
