Formula 1 shows TV and digital audience growth in 2018

According to figures made public by Formula 1, the sport has enjoyed a ten percent growth in audience across television and digital platforms reaching a global cumulative audience of 1.758-billion viewers during the course of 2018. The following press release regarding last season's Formula 1 viewership statistics and trends was released today: Formula 1 has registered a significant increase in its audience figures during the 2018 season, across both digital and TV platforms, compared to the previous year. In terms of unique viewers, during 2018 the sport once again had an improvement globally (+10%), reaching 490.2-million. This increment is even higher in the top 20 markets* (+14%)....
