Evans tops Marrakesh Formula E practice

Marrakesh E-Prix – Jaguar Racing’s Mitch Evans was fastest during practice for the second round of the 2018/19 Formula E championship. Evans led the initial standings during the second session, which largely consisted of laps at the Attack Mode power of 225kW before switching to 250kW full power runs at the end of the session. His time of 1:17.262 put him 0.249 seconds ahead of DS Techeetah’s Andre Lotterer. Sebastien Buemi put his Nissan e.dams in third ahead of Ad Diriyah race winner Antonio Felix da Costa. Robin Frijns set the pace in first practice and shaved off 0.2 seconds from his time for FP2 but it was only good enough for fifth ahead of the second Nissan of Oliver Rowland,...
