Haas F1 has submitted a notice of intent to appeal against a decision made by the FIA stewards. Their protest against the Force India team was deemed unsuccessful. Earlier this week, Haas started a protest suggesting Force India's entry into Formula 1 was illegal. They insisted the points scored by Racing Point should be invalid because that particular team didn't build the car. The notice of intent buys Haas an extra 96 hours to make a final decision, which takes them past the conclusion of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
