Wolff: There's not enough people applying for F1 jobs

Susie Wolff has revealed that her husband, Toto Wolff, has confessed his worry that not enough people, whether it be male or female, are applying for jobs within the Formula One industry and that teams are subsequently suffering from a staff shortage. Mercedes is one of the biggest employers in F1, but team boss Toto Wolff and their HR manager have expressed their concern to Susie Wolff that top positions are not attracting enough new talent. "He is not concerned about what gender they employ," she told Forbes in regards to Toto's concerns.
