Unhappy Sebastian Vettel left to rue messy final Q3 effort

Sebastian Vettel was left to rue several mistakes on his final Q3 lap during qualifying for the Italian Grand Prix as he missed out to Ferrari team-mate Kimi Raikkonen. Vettel edged title rival Lewis Hamilton in the final practice session at Monza on Saturday and was in contention for pole position throughout Q3. Hamilton beat Vettel during the first runs but the German overhauled his opponent on his final effort.
