At this point of the season, only Mercedes have confirmed their driver line-up for 2019 and while Formula 1 enters a mandatory summer recess, behind-the-scenes there is a flurry of activity as drivers and teams plan for next year. Haas is one team that is bullish about their prospects, claiming that they no longer have to seek drivers. This season the Ferrari-powered outfit is the best-of-the-rest, behind the Big Three teams and therefore their seats at a premium.
