Formula E New York race to go ahead as scheduled

New York City E-Prix – The Formula E season finale at the Red Hook Circuit will go ahead as scheduled. The event was temporarily suspended due to adverse weather conditions, with planes reportedly grounded at nearby airports. Fans were evacuated from E-village and the grandstand and were held outside the venue, with the teams being escorted away from the paddock as well. The storm that was expected to hit the circuit has now subsided and the race will go ahead as originally scheduled at 3pm local time. Sebastien Buemi will start on pole for the second time in a row, ahead of the two Techeetahs of Andre Lotterer and Jean-Eric Vergne. They start ahead of the two Audi Sport Abt Schaeffler...
