Toro Rosso have become the latest team to confirm the date of its 2018 car launch, with the Italian outfit switching to Honda power this year. Toro Rosso have scheduled a launch event on the evening of February 25, the day before pre-season testing kicks-off in Barcelona where the STR13 – name to be confirmed – will get its first public shakedown along with its rivals.
