Hartley joins Toro Rosso for Austin F1 race

Brendon Hartley will make his Formula 1 debut for Toro Rosso at the United States Grand Prix, as exclusively predicted by Motorsport.com. The New Zealander has been drafted in as replacement for Frenchman Pierre Gasly, who will be competing in the Super Formula Championship finale in Japan instead.
