Mercedes flaws won't be fixed in 2017 - Hamilton

Lewis Hamilton feels Mercedes won't be able to address its current Formula 1 car's main weaknesses until next season. Although Hamilton claimed victory in the Singapore Grand Prix, Mercedes has generally struggled on high-downforce, low-speed F1 circuits such as Marina Bay. Ferrari finished one-two in Monaco and Hungary, and Sebastian Vettel took pole in Singapore before crashing out at the start, while Hamilton qualified 0.635 seconds off the pace in fifth, with teammate Valtteri Bottas 1.319s adrift of Vettel.
