Fernando Alonso says he needs to see what McLaren's and Renault's expectations are for next season before he commits to a new deal with the Formula 1 team. McLaren on Friday finally confirmed it is splitting with current engine supplier Honda to use Renault power units from 2018. The move has been seen as key in convincing Alonso to extend his stay at McLaren beyond his current contract, which expires this year.
