Stroll referred to stewards over tyre breach

– Williams has been referred to the stewards after Lance Stroll's car was fitted with tyres set aside for the opening 40 minutes outside of the allocated time limit in Belgium.Under Formula 1 regulations, drivers may use one set of tyres only in the opening 40 minutes of the session, to ensure that rubber is not preserved in favour of track action.At Spa-Francorchamps, drivers were permitted to use the set of tyres for an additional nine minutes – the length of time lost due to a red flag period when Felipe Massa crashed.However, Stroll used the tyres again across two further stints after the allocated time limit expired.Consequently, FIA Technical Delegate Jo Bauer has referred...
