Aggressive new kerb fitted at Monaco's Swimming Pool

Monaco Grand Prix organisers have installed a major new kerb on the exit of the Swimming Pool complex in a bid to deter drivers from cutting the corner. The tight right-left chicane has been tricky to police in the past, with drivers tempted to use the old speed bumps in their bid to find extra laptime.ç But as part of a raft of changes made to the track, a new large yellow kerb has been placed on the apex, which drivers will not want to hit in case it either damages their cars or launches them into the air.
