Sebastian Vettel has revealed that a garage power cut added to Ferrari's woes on the final day of in-season testing in Bahrain, as the team failed to get the mileage it wanted. Having lost most of the morning while the team worked on fixing some minor hydraulic leaks that had been discovered during a configuration change, Ferrari found itself further confined to the garage in the afternoon when its garage systems went down.
