Ricciardo pleased to split Ferrari drivers
– Daniel Ricciardo expressed positivity at being able to split the Ferrari drivers, as he secured fourth place on the grid for the Bahrain Grand Prix.Red Bull has emerged as the third quickest team across the opening phase of the 2017 campaign, unable to challenge Mercedes/Ferrari, but comfortably clear of the chasing pack.Ricciardo lagged behind the leading quartet after the first runs but improved to fourth spot during the second Q3 laps, putting him above Ferrari's Kimi Räikkönen."We kind of thought if we put everything together there might be a chance at the second row, and we got it," said Ricciardo."I don't know what Kimi's lap was like, but to jump a Ferrari...
