Total selects Formula E over Formula 1

As part of an overarching agreement between PSA (Parent Company of Citroen DS) and Total, recently extended until 2021, from this weekend's Buenos Aires ePrix Total will join the DS Virgin Formula E Racing Team. The Partnership will see Total focuses on the development of dedicated products, lubricants and fluids allowing to improve the car’s efficiency in terms of power, as well as reducing the quantity of energy it consumes. The announcement of Total's partnership within Formula E follows the conclusion of the brand's involvement in Formula One as fuel and lubricant supplier to Renault powered works and customer teams.
